You can also regenerate individual days or adjust with prompts like "make this spicier" or "use more chicken."
Is this for beginners?
Yes — Timpla is designed to remove complexity, not add it. The core experience is drag-and-drop meal planning, and the AI handles the hard thinking for you. Whether you've never meal planned before or you're a seasoned pro, the app adapts. Beginners benefit from the one-click AI plans; experienced users can dive into macro targets, nutrition dashboards, and advanced customization.
Do I have to cook?
Not necessarily. You can set cooking time preferences — including very quick meals — and Timpla will plan around them. The app also supports restaurant meal logging, so if you eat out, you can track that too. Meal prep features are there for people who want to batch-cook efficiently on weekends, but they're optional — the app works just as well for lighter cooking habits.
Are the grocery lists customizable?
Yes. Timpla auto-generates a smart grocery list from your meal plan and removes ingredients you already have in your pantry.
